The meditation practices we exlpain are all based on Buddhas discovery that lasting
happiness can be found within the mind. Through meditation, we can establish for
ourselves a deep and stable experience of peace and contentment. Drop-in
Classes In each class, the Teacher will give a short talk about a
particular subject, and guide us in a meditation on that topic. This will give
us some practical experience we can take away and apply in our daily lives. Each
class is self-contained, so you can come to an individual class or a whole series
