The Buddhist Meditation society holds drop-in classes every week during term-time for students and staff at UKC.
The meditation sessions cover the basics of meditation as well as how to use Buddhist psychology to overcome negative states of mind. At the end of each class there's always a chance to eat biscuits and chat and ask questions.
The cost is £1 per class. Non-students are welcome, but the cost is £4 per class.

Buddhist Chaplaincy
Gen Kelsang Kunden, who teaches the University classes, is also a member of the University Chaplaincy team. She is available for anyone at the University who needs her help.
